Description
Sonictron's Flammable Solvent Cleaning Series are ultrasonic cleaning units for all capacity. The Series comprise either Hydrocarbon Cleaning or Alcohol Cleaning.
Hydrocarbon Cleaning is more suitable for degreasing purposes that correspond to the latest VOC regulations, whereas, Alcohol Cleaning is more suitable for de-fluxing and dewatering applications.
As in the case of Alcohol Cleaning, we also build this equipment in accordance to our clients' requirements to unite two complete systems (water and solvent based) in one cleaning chamber for removing both polar and non-polar soiling.
Both Hydrocarbon and Alcohol Cleaning Series have built-in vapor cleaning system. On top of it, the Hydrocarbon Cleaning Series also require built-in vacuum to enhance the drying process. The Series are also equipped with a PLC control system for process monitoring.
